New cards and effects

Hey!

So recently i have reworked a lot of internal systems in the game, that will give me flexibility to create new stuff or update old ones :)

As of now, i've added a lot of new cards and ballanced old ones. Another major thing is that i separated movement points from action points, so you actually have more stuff that you can do in a single turn!

As an example of card balancing, let's take a movement point replenishing cards. They were in order refilling 1  2 and 3 points. Now they are refilling 1, 3, 5 points - and a legendary card replenishes all points.

So, legendary cards are a "full art" cards. They cost 4 action points to use them, so you are able to throw only one per turn.

Next thing is negative effects. Cards now have an abolity to self stun, burn or poison the player. This is a major change, because i want to make powerful attacks cost you for example a whole turn.

Another big change is a coin throw mechanic. For example you have a legendary attacking card that does this:

* Flip a coin until you get tails. Deal 1 damage for every heads.

I am also experimenting with restricted deck size, so potentially 60 to max 120 cards per game. This does not affect looting, since you are technically not drawing the cards from a deck, but rather from a mob/chest. Right now i am in the middle of implementing this, and with said change i also will include deck builder, so cards will no longer be totally random.

Achievement points will be able to be spent in a card shop. Another new currency will be a glory points. Those can be earned by playing, for example surviving X turns, killing X mobs, etc.

Now, time for some gifs, shall we?

New graphics for the cards.

Holo effect, right now it's just a cosmetic effect.

Reverse holo, this means that this card is actually a rare card.

Booster packs to add more cards to your collection.

And that's all for now! Stay tuned for more info, as the update will go live in a week or two :)

Damn, looks like you've got a whole game in the making! You may want to consider selling it for money, it's certainly a game with enough polish to sell :)
